Kayla helped us understand how much money to put down for a serious offer as well as earnest money to show our interest in the house. She was extremely flexible in meeting us for our open houses and was very patient with us through that process as we saw multiple houses in a short period of time. Kayla was very adaptable when receiving our earnest check, as I needed to drop it off in the early morning at the office before work-- she was very flexible in allowing us to stop by on short notice. Kayla is extremely attentive to detail and explained every step of the process clearly and understandably, and answered all of our questions and then some. She explained every contract and what the agreements meant and took her time making sure we understood. Kayla is extremely professional and her confidence in her knowledge shows through how well she does her job. She was always a text or call away, and if she was unavailable she was able to refer us to another agent who could represent her. She arranged for a roof inspector to see our roof during the inspection responses to ensure we could receive a proper monetary allowance for repairs. She suggested a inspection contractor that was equally professional, capable, and helpful as she is. Kayla always got back to us within minutes to hours despite her own busy life. We had no issue suggesting or asking questions and was never shot down or insulted for asking even the most basic questions. We worked with Abby who filled in for Kayla during the closing when Kayla couldn't make it. She was also extremely professional and knowledgeable and represented us and our interests well. We would recommend Kayla for all first time home buyers in this area. We never felt pressured even in the quick-paced market we're in. We always felt that Kayla had our back during negotiations and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
